Cicely T. Ray is the founder of Cicely T. Ray & Associates Law Firm. A native of Colorado, Mrs. Ray graduated from Grambling University in 1995 and moved to California to attend the Chapman University, School of Law, from which she graduated in 1999. Cicely maintained a general legal practice until 2014 when she began specializing in providing general counsel to construction cases in San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, San Diego, Kern, and Los Angeles areas.


As a sole practitioner, Mrs. Ray oversees case initiation, default judgments, and post-judgment work. Mrs. Ray spent the first third of her legal career focusing on the area of Family Law and Bankruptcy. She has expanded her practice areas to include Construction, Probate, Estate Planning and Personal Injury. Over the course of seventeen years, Mrs. Ray has successfully resolved hundreds of cases through informal resolution or at mediation, achieved summary judgment on numerous occasions, and participated in trial preparation and proceedings.

Teresa Wright / Paralegal


Teresa Guillory-Wright has been a litigation paralegal for over 20 years. She joined Cicely T. Ray & Associates in April of 2015, and has developed a unique expertise in the construction defect area, building a valuable network of relationships with mediators and experts. Mrs. Wright coordinates and manages the considerable volume of construction defect cases. Mrs. Wright received her Paralegal certification from Cerritos College in Norwalk, CA. She has an AA degree in Criminal Justices, and attended Cal State University of Dominquez Hills as an undergraduate majoring in Liberal Arts.  She has worked for the United States Department of Justice as a Paralegal Specialist, and a few major law firms throughout Southern California such as Haight, Brown & Bonesteel and Law Offices of Linda Libertucci. She plays an essential role which enables this law firm to represent all clients at the highest level of professionalism with a great deal of success.
